why .org?

A domain name space refers to the letters at the end of a website or email address. As a company entity this can change from country to country – eg .com for the USA, .co for the UK. Not wanting to be classified as a company, I took the one that suited me best, ie .org.

For me, it’s not meant to signify an organisation but rather an organism. You could say I’m an organisation of organisms.

.org.au		.org.au domain names are used by Australian non-commercial organisations. An .org.au Domain Name can only be registered by Australian non-commercial organisations.

.id.au		.id.au domain names are intended for Australian individuals. It's a great way to make it easy for your friends and family to find you.

.asn.au		.asn.au domain names are intended for Australian associations

.at		.at is the country code / domain space for Austria. An .at domain name can be registered by anyone

.be		.be is the domain space for Belgian. A .be domain name can be registered by anyone
